How to use these training answers

The bag develops Technique, jump rope develops Speed, and roadwork develops Stamina. The gym also includes Arm strength and Leg strength exercises. Use the overview to choose an activity, then open the focused guide when you need its specific session task. Roadwork includes difficulty choices and checkpoints, while a skill-tree visit is about points and prerequisites.

The desired node gives a training session a useful purpose: complete a prior move, develop the required stat or return when you have points available. Fatigue during repeated exercise is a different problem from low stamina during a fight. Keep Energy, Hunger and Thirst alongside the activity you are doing, and use the city or recovery answer when preparation becomes the immediate obstacle.
