Hajime Rising Roadwork: Stamina and Difficulty
Roadwork develops Stamina
- Choose the run: Roadwork offers Easy, Medium and Hard difficulty labels.
- Finish the route: Follow its checkpoints through completion before choosing another training task.
Choose a run you can finish
Hajime Rising roadwork is the running activity used to develop Stamina. Its difficulty choices include Easy, Medium and Hard. For a first attempt, Easy is a reasonable learning choice: you can get used to following the run before taking on a different difficulty.
Treat that recommendation as a practical starting point, not a rule that every player must follow. If you already know the activity, choose the difficulty for the session you want to complete. Keep the selected route and its markers in mind rather than setting an assumed universal checkpoint count.
Follow checkpoints to the end of the selected activity
The roadwork footage moves through checkpoints and reaches a final completion. Make that the immediate task: follow the run you started all the way through. Abandoning it for another gym station makes it harder to finish the activity you chose.
Stamina is the named training outcome. This is a useful connection when a spar exposed difficulty continuing to punch with little stamina. Jump rope serves a different Speed-training goal, so the two activities should not be treated as interchangeable merely because both involve exercise.
Decide what comes after the run
Return to the skill tree if the run was part of a requirement for a particular unlock. If you were preparing for a spar, leave time to practise the controls as well. A higher stat and a familiar input solve different parts of the boxing task.
Use the fatigue guide when your immediate obstacle is the fighter's condition rather than choosing a roadwork difficulty. Plan the next run around the goal you actually have, whether that is learning the route, developing Stamina or moving toward a named skill-tree requirement.
