Hajime Rising Speed Training: Jump Rope and Fatigue
Jump rope trains Speed
- Exercise: Use the gym jump-rope activity for Speed training.
- Session condition: Notice fatigue and Energy rather than assuming every failed action is a Speed problem.
Use the jump-rope activity for Speed
The Hajime Rising gym tour identifies jump rope as Speed training. Make that the exercise you choose when Speed is your current progression goal. It is a different training activity from the bag's Technique work and roadwork's Stamina development.
Give the session a reason before starting. A skill-tree requirement or the tutorial's next task can provide a concrete target. That keeps Speed training connected to the fighter you are building, rather than turning every gym visit into an attempt to raise all stats at once.
Distinguish fatigue from the stat you are training
The opening tutorial also includes a player reporting fatigue and the need for Energy recovery during repeated Speed work. That is a condition to notice, rather than proof that you selected the wrong exercise. Energy, Hunger and Thirst have their own displays alongside the game's boxing systems.
If you are tired during training, consider the recovery task first. If the trouble happened in a spar while stamina was low, that is a different situation. The stamina and fatigue explanation keeps those cases separate so the next action fits the actual problem.
Choose the next training activity deliberately
Move to roadwork when Stamina is the next development goal. Stay with the current Speed task when that is what your tutorial or planned unlock calls for. Switching exercises is useful when your goal changes, rather than merely because another station is nearby.
A manageable session ends with a completed task and a fighter ready for the next activity. Leave time to practise a newly unlocked move or return to the skill tree. The exercise-to-stat relationship gives you a plan without needing an invented training rate or fixed number of minutes.
