Hajime Rising Character Creation and Reroll Choices
Choose the fighter before spending on rerolls
- Customisation: The creation interface includes skin colour, names, hair, eye colour and height choices.
- Keep a goal: Decide which visible characteristic you actually want to change before rolling again.
Look over the character you already have
Hajime Rising begins with character customisation. The creation interface includes skin colour, name, surname, hair, eye colour and height. Start by choosing the appearance and identity you want, then consider whether the current height or another visible result gives you a reason to use a reroll.
Avoid making the first session depend on getting one exact appearance. A fighter you are happy to use lets you move into the tutorial and learn the controls. That is a practical alternative to spending the whole opening balance while the actual boxing remains unfamiliar.
Make a reroll decision for a specific change
The opening reroll sequence visibly changes the character's height. Before another attempt, decide what outcome you would be content to keep. A clear stopping point makes the choice easier than repeatedly rolling simply because another attempt is available.
The reroll-token guide focuses on that spending decision. Use your displayed token balance and the current interface when choosing an attempt. Keep the appearance goal separate from learning punch inputs or choosing a training station.
Move into the first boxing session
Once the character setup is satisfactory, continue with the beginner guide. It explains tutorial move unlocks and the first sparring goal. Those tasks give the fighter something concrete to do after the creation screen.
You can choose a modest goal for that first session: finish a tutorial task, learn the Hook selection, or practise the intended hand. That gives progress a meaning beyond another appearance roll. Spend additional tokens because the result matters to you, rather than because you expect a different look to teach the controls.
